Austrian fintech BitPanda now allows its customers tobuy from crypto-currencies and other asset classes with PayPal.
On Thursday, BitPanda announced the addition of the PayPal payment method to its investment platform for users based in France.
“The integration of PayPal into the Bitpanda ecosystem as an additional free deposit option for our French users is a testament to our commitment to user experience and our
market leadership. Following our decision to abolish all deposit and withdrawal fees, we are delighted to offer our customers this additional level of convenience and security,” said Thomas Romain, the company’s director for France.
Founded in Vienna in 2014 and holding a PSAN registration, BitPanda offers the possibility to buy crypto like Bitcoin but also to invest in stocks, metals and ETFs.
The unicorn already allowed its users to deposit funds on its platform via credit card, wire transfer and Apple Pay.
Last month, BitPanda launched “Bitpanda Wealth”, a new service aimed at high-net-worth investors and corporate treasuries.
