Ambrosia Island announces new release window – That’s Gaming

A sunny vacation paradise populated by Mount Olympus’ most divine creatures will welcome you to stroll its shores next year! Today Whitethorn Games – publisher of inclusive, accessible, easy games including Calico, Lake and Wytchwood – and Polygon Treehouse – the developer behind BAFTA Award nominated Röki – announce that their upcoming relaxing friends-and-up adventure Mythwrecked: Ambrosia Island is coming to PC and consoles in the summer of 2024. Soon you can embark on a non-violent adventure that invites you to escape to a beautiful Mediterranean island, its stunning sandy beaches, awe-inspiring ruins, and vibrant vegetation as you discover its magic and secrets and make friends with the gods.

Mythwrecked invites you to take on the role of backpacker Alex, who is stranded on the beautiful coast of Ambrosia Island. As she begins to explore her surroundings, she discovers that she is not alone – the island is populated by the gods of Greek myth and legend! However, something is wrong: the gods cannot remember who they are. To find her way home, she must befriend the inhabitants and help them recover their memories.

Explore the dynamic island in this non-linear adventure and unravel the story to discover its celestial guests and build friendships with the gods through a unique relationship mechanism. The closer you get, the more willing they are to help Alex with their divine powers. Solve the mystery of Ambrosia Island, save the gods and hopefully help Alex find a way back home!
