OXO Videogame Museum Malaga presents the temporary exhibition “For us, gamers: 30 years of PlayStation history”. This exhibition pays tribute to the 30-year history of PlayStation, and has opened its doors from November 13, 2025 to April 19, 2026, thanks to the sponsorship of Turismo y Planifi cación Costa del Sol.

Santiago Bustamante, Cultural Director of OXO Museo del Videojuego and Antonio Díaz, Managing Director of Turismo y Planifi cación Costa del Sol, participated in the presentation press conference. This new exhibition offers visitors an interactive and exciting experience to immerse themselves in the history of this iconic and revolutionary console.

An interactive journey through the evolution of PlayStation

The exhibition “For Us, Gamers: 30 Years of PlayStation History” guides visitors through a journey through time, from the launch of PlayStation in 1994 to PlayStation 5. Attendees can interact with consoles from each stage, reliving key moments in PlayStation’s history and the games that marked each generation.

Visitors can enjoy a section where they can play the most famous PlayStation video games, such as The Last of Us or Marvel’s Spider-Man. In addition, they can see an exclusive collection of life-size figures of iconic heroes from the most famous video game sagas or live a real driving experience with a Gran Turismo driving simulation cockpit.

After the success of the exhibition at OXO Museo del Videojuego Madrid, it arrives exclusively in Malaga so that visitors can enjoy the history and development of this console that has marked several generations.
