As if the crossover with Dead by Daylight wasn’t strange enough yet, Ubisoft is throwing in yet another unexpected collaboration. Assassin’s Creed Shadows crosses over from tomorrow with Attack on Titan, and that produces … remarkable content.
Naoe as Mikasa Ackerman
Naoe gets a full Mikasa Ackerman outfit, including a matching weapon. But Ubisoft goes beyond just a skin: the update includes a complete new quest.
In this mission, Naoe and Yasuke head toward the Crystal Cave, a dangerous environment full of deep chasms and experiments that have clearly gone wrong. And yes – there are remarkably harsh hints of a Titan fight. The iconic spout as well as the transformation animation actually speak volumes.
Yasuke gets … Titan armor
Yasuke receives a Titan-like armor set, including the infamous grin. Logical? No. Does it fit with Assassin’s Creed? Not really. Is it typical Ubisoft DLC? Absolutely.
More new moves and a lighthearted sidequest
Other additions are also being launched:
- Naoe gets its own version of the War Kick
- Yasuke finally learns non-lethal takedowns
- “A Puzzlement” – a lighter, humorous quest
Nintendo Switch 2 version on the way
Ubisoft also confirms that Assassin’s Creed Shadows at December 2 to Nintendo Switch 2 is coming. The release includes not the Claws of Awaji expansion – it is not due until 2026 scheduled.
