Build the Dark Fantasy empire of your nightmares with a new Expansion Pass for Age of Wonders 4 – That’s Gaming

Paradox Interactive, a publisher and developer of games you can sink your teeth into, today revealed the next DLC set for Age of Wonders 4, Triumph Studios’ award-winning fantasy strategy game. Starting today, Expansion Pass 3 gives players instant access to one minor DLC and three major DLCs as soon as they are released in the near future. The small Cosmic Wanderer Pack is available immediately upon purchase. More DLCs will be released later this year and early next year, including Thrones of Blood, a Ruler Pack focused on Vampire Rulers, due out Nov. 11, 2025.

Age of Wonders 4: Expansion Pass 3 takes players to the farthest reaches of the Astral Sea, where desolate realms and forbidden powers wait to be discovered. It introduces three major DLCs that enhance and expand players’ options and stories, from new challenges and magic books to new cultures and ruler types, and everything in between. The small addition, Cosmic Wanderer, is available now and includes a new pre-made Ruler character, new cosmetic options for costumes and items, new hero outfits and a new Society Trait. Purchases of Expansion Pass 3 give immediate access to Cosmic Wanderer and access to remaining releases as soon as they become available.

The next release, Thrones of Blood, adds a new Vampire Ruler type to Age of Wonders 4, giving players new powers and options unique to these undead rulers. Including new skill trees full of dark skills, a Vampire’s Castle to replace the Wizard Tower, the power to transform heroes into vampire-like servants and Ritual Spells that use Thralls as arcane fuel, Thrones of Blood allows players to indulge their bloodthirsty ambitions like never before.
