Bentley is getting a new look. Don’t worry, this won’t see the iconic carmaker go through a trendy rebranding like Jaguar, but it will see changes said to be “herald the beginning of a new era of Bentley design language.”
In particular, it is the Winged B logo that is being updated, with this being the fifth iteration of the design. It is described as the “biggest change to the instantly recognizable brand in more than a century of history.” and as for why it is being changed, Bentley explains that it is “new emblem is symbolic of an exciting future for Bentley.”
Frankly, you won’t notice a huge change in the look of Winged B, as Bentley remains true to its heritage, but we will see this logo on a new concept model to be unveiled next week on July 8. Details regarding this car are being kept secret, but Bentley does explain that it will be “will give a hint of the direction in which Robin [Page, de directeur design] will lead Bentley’s design for a new lineup of products in the future, inspired by an iconic Bentley of the past.”
As expected, the concept car will not go into production.
