Spain runner-up in the Mobile Legends Bang Bang European Championship

The european qualifier of the championship Global Esports Games is the official competition of the Global Esports Federation (GEF). The Spanish national team had a spectacular tournament, advancing to the knockout rounds as second in the group after losing their only match in the entire European Championship against Lithuania by 2-0.

This defeat forced Spain to go through the loser bracket and face the favorite: Turkey, where they have obtained a prestigious victory by 2-0, the rest of their elimination rounds won by identical score against Croatia, Lithuania and Montenegro.

Despite starting the final with the victory of Spain in the first game, Italy managed to come from behind to win 2-1 and will represent Europe in the finals of the Global Esports Games (GEG), which will be played from December 10-16, 2024 in China.
