Worms The Board Game is coming to Kickstarter – That’s Gaming

Prepare for an “INCOMING!” barrage of holy hand grenades, exploding sheep and rocket launchers that will destroy kitchen, dining and cafe tables around the world: Team17 Digital and Mantic Games today announced a collaboration to develop Worms: The Board Game , in which the iconic invertebrates will star in their debut tabletop game.

Mantic Games has an excellent track record of licensing and adapting popular brands in tabletop games, including Hellboy, Mars Attacks, The Walking Dead, and new partnerships are coming soon. A Kickstarter campaign for Worms: The Board Game will launch in August 2023, with a planned retail launch in 2024 as part of the countdown to the Worms series’ 30th anniversary in 2025.
