Raidiant launches esports events program

The video game and e-sports platform for women. Raidiant, has announced the launch of a new event series called. Raidiant Challenger Circuit (RCC). The RCC will offer women-focused events in five popular video games: Fortnite, League of Legends, Overwatch 2, Rocket League and VALORANT.

The first event of the year-long program will be the. Raidiant Heroes Majorpart of the initiative Blizzard’s Calling All Heroes to support members of marginalized gender identities in Overwatch 2. The Major will take place between April 21-23and more events will be held at July and Novemberwhich will culminate with a Last Chance Qualifier in January 2024.

Also, Raidiant and Twitch have reached a joint sales agreementwhereby the latter will serve as the exclusive sponsorship sales partner for the Raidiant Challenger Circuit. The streaming platform will create partnerships with leading brands for promote the RCCpromote events y support the community.

We continue to show that there is a strong interest in more women’s esports programming. Raidiant is an initiative and content hub focused on celebrating and championing opportunities for female gamers. Launched in November 2021, the platform is owned and operated by New Meta Entertainmentthe parent company of the North American eSports organization Dignitas. The platform also has partnerships with companies such as Nerd St Gamers, NYX Cosmetics and Twitter.among others. Recently, he organized the Psyonix Ally Women’s Open.a tournament with $40,000 in prize money for North American and European women’s Rocket League teams.
