After the Rogue and the Sorcerer, it is now the Barbarian’s turn to take the spotlight for Diablo 4. A short new trailer highlights some of the skills the class can unleash, from screaming and pounding to powerful spinning attacks. Check it out below.
The Barbarian’s innate passive skill is Arsenal, which allows you to carry, switch and assign skills to four different weapons. For example, you can have two swords for Dual Wielding skills, clubs for bashing and more. The class also offers immunity to crowd control for oneself and nearby allies.
Of course, as anyone who played the class during the open beta and did not start over immediately knows, the Barbarian is not the best. Blizzard is aware of this, and in its recent feedback blog it confirmed that the class would receive a passive reduction of 10 percent damage. Whirlwind also does more damage, and Double Swing will refund the full resource cost when it hits enemies that have been stunned or taken down.
Diablo 4 comes out June 6 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. It recently went gold.
