3 unique electronic devices available at a discount at Altex

Altex has posted many discounts on its website on a wide range of devices, in a variety of areas. A few unusual devices in the Smart Home – Lighting – Electrical section caught our eye.

An electronic viewer, model ORNO OR-WIZ-1101, is available for 201 lei (-15%). The device allows users to see who is at the door without being noticed. The camera has a 70-degree viewing angle and images are displayed on a 2.8″ diagonal LCD screen. The image display time can be set to 5, 10, 15 or 20 seconds. The viewer can record photos (JPG format, maximum resolution 640 x 480 pixels) and videos (AVI format) to a microSD memory card (maximum capacity 32 GB).

The device is compatible with door thicknesses of 35 – 85 mm. Power for the viewfinder is supplied by three AA batteries.

At the same time, the HOMEGUARD HGWGP580 garage parking sensor is useful for those whose cars don’t come with their own sensors or don’t have such devices on the side. The device costs 42.46 lei (-15%) and helps drivers to park more easily by using the visual indicator that displays three colours: green (90 cm to sensor, drive carefully), yellow (60 cm, slow down) and red (30 cm, stop). The parking sensor must be mounted flush with the car’s bumper and the indicator light must be positioned (it has a retractable cable) at a height where it is visible to the driver.

The parking sensor operates on four AA batteries.

Altex also sells the HAMA 176574 smart extension cord at a discount. The device includes four outlets, 4 USB ports and offers Wi-Fi connectivity. From the dedicated app, Hama Smart Solution, compatible with Android and iOS platforms, users can control and program each outlet. This way, those not in use can be turned off so they don’t consume power when on standby. The device offers support for Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa digital voice assistants.

The extender offers overload protection. The product costs 140 lei (-10%).
