We here at Royals Blue like to tout ourselves as “for fans, by fans”. As opposed to regurgitating the same old information from the same old blowhards you hear everywhere else in the same old media, we like to take to our favorite social media platform to get the opinions and feedback directly from you.

And so we asked

@RoyalsBlue_com SI picks Salvy as the face of the franchise. What say you, #Royals Fans?

And some of our favorite responses were …

@Addyourname I can’t argue with this, although I might have picked Hoz

@PetsandPucks agree completely

@PannoneNick Either Salvy or Duffy

@Justin_stacy probably right, him and Duffy are the only two you know for sure are here for the long haul

@mommarod333 Co-face along with Hosmer! #RoyalsUnite

@jerrymaus1 Likely a good call, as some of the other stars (excepting Gordon – who continutes to struggle) will likely be gone

And we also wanted to know what you thought about …

@RoyalsBlue_com Hey #Royals fans. What record does the club need June 1st for you to feel like they have a chance in the AL Central?

And you said …

@ebarker111 Within 4 games of first place

@true2blue04 .500

@JustinAndrew303 With Esky leading off … 53-0.

@jerrymaus1 27-26. Or more appropriately, <6 games out

@daslimm .500
